I’ve been taking 1 pill 3x a day for around 3 weeks. I notice my nails are doing better, letting natural nails grow out, nothing overnight but they seem to be a little stronger as they grow a little. My hair feels slightly softer and a little healthier, will know more when I see hairdresser next week. I would recommend these supplements provided one check out ingredients and know they are safe for each individual person (as one should do with any new meds).
