Using these stimulates collagen
I was told that they stimulate collagen. My dermatologist recommended them and I was surprised to learn that massage is really good for your face. This set is lovely and I think anything we do to improve our skin is a good idea.

CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT IT!
How did I survive my mornings without this?! The first thing I do after moisturizing my face is head to my freezer for my jade roller. I have found that it’s best to use the roller cold and after having moisturized. I immediately noticed a difference when not using it. I went on vacation and forgot to take it with me and boy could you tell it in my face. I already know that I will be purchasing again after I put a couple hundred thousand miles on this one.
