Well received but I did not see it used. Brand reputation is good so I’m sure product works as advertised. Thank you.

Good
It works but it is big and you have a hard time storing it if you don’t have a big house. Also the ice cream comes out the side of the machine sometimes.

Fun For the Whole Family
This was purchased as a birthday treat for my grandsons, but I enjoy it all the time. I’ve made regular ice cream in several flavors, raspberry frozen yogurt with mini choc chips, and mango pineapple sherbet — all were wonderful and so easy to do! The most important thing, though, is it’s super easy to clean!

A surprising kitchen helper
I’d put this in my cart, placed an order and forgot to save for later. I kept it, thinking I’d use it. This was actually a wise decision. I made a macaroni salad for the 4th and only found sliced olives. I pulled it out, instant chopped olives and not as fine or dry. I used it for the celery and green onion, too. Huge time saver. Recently made enchilada casserole, forgot to add the fresh onion and garlic, in moments there were sautéing. Same situation with the olives, done in no time. Definitely a great little investment.

Compact and Capable
My issue is actually with the compact nature. You will have to cut down vegetables to get them to fit on the processing surfaces. So if you want thin slices of a whole potato, or to be able to chop an onion in one go, you get neither. The device itself got rid of 3 larger things in my kitchen, and it’s relatively easy to clean by hand. A better design would be a longer and slightly wider version. It needs to be able to mandolin larger vegetables and it takes a good amount of strength to press even a quarter of an onion through the chopping blades. Longer would give more leverage and allow the catching tray enough room to store all the loose bits and bobs. Which is my other complaint. When in storage mode it cannot contain everything so you have these loose pieces you have to make do with. It’s functions well as it’s designed but these things:
Not large enough to handle some normal sized vegetables
Not large enough to store all of itself
If you are not strong, you may not be able to use half of its function
leads to a fairly poor user experience.
Still I might recommend this to some people.
One other UX design note would be to curve the bin’s backside so that removing your processed vegetables from it is much easier.

Perfect ice cream maker
Verified Purchase
The ice cream is of a very good texture. But only 1 batch can be made at a time. I expected at least 3-4 batches to be made once the bowl is frozen overnight.
