I ordered the grey chair and the color didn’t match my other grey chair that I have. I put in an order for the white one. The company told me that it was better for me to just keep the grey one and they gave me a $20 discount instead of sending it back. The chair is comfortable and does its job. Easy assembly and it rolls easy.

Love my new chair!
I’m completely happy with my new chair! It’s got the look I want for a great price. I use it as a desk chair and I can sit in it comfortably for hours (much better than the wooden one from the turn of the last century that I was using!). Assembly was simple and we had no trouble getting the arm-rest sleeves on. My guy pointed out that the arm-rests and the sleeves are tapered. They have a wide end and a narrow end. If you didn’t notice this and tried to put them on narrow-end first, you’d have a battle for sure. They slipped right on for us.
One caution I’ll give is that the chair is fairly narrow. It’s perfect for me, at 5′ 8″ and 125 lbs. A much larger individual might not find it as accommodating.
